numbers can you create using these?

What is the smallest number?
What is the largest?

Remember that you may need to use more than three ‘letters’ to create a three-digit number.

There are a number of possible answers here

Technically, the smallest three-digit number would be 100 and the highest would be 738. There are a range of numbers between this.
